This show is not what I read in the Wheel of Time books. It is horrendous. Boring, slow, confusing, and not at all interesting. I literally couldn't care less about any of the characters. Perrin kills his wife. Ok. It means nothing when part of what the writers of the show wanted was for this to be for both people experienced with the series as well as new. Rand is... sweet baby Jesus in a pumpkin patch... he is boring. The story is all over the place; it's like trying to walk 20 dogs of different breeds and sizes up a muddy hill in a blizzard. It slogs along with no rhyme or reason. I tried to separate myself from the books I love and watch this show for what it is. It is terrible, plain and simple. Scenes, sounds and images from the Game of Thrones show and the LoTR movies are copied frequently. The fact that a Myrddraal sounds exactly like a Nazgul, or the dead animals laid out in the symbol of the Aes Sedai.... they cant even try to be original. Absolute garbage. Yes, RJ said he made Book One the way he did on purpose (so very similar to Fellowship of the Ring), but these writers have no clue what they are doing. Oh, and let's make it so the Dragon can be male or female. Yeah, because that makes sense. They have to. When they started writing the scripts for these shows they would have been the bad guys for even implying a woman can't be the Dragon. Oh! And one more thing..... Egwene is white. It is mentioned multiple times in the Eye of the World, as it is in the second book ( or 3rd, I forget). Jordan described her in one part literally as her skin was white as snow. I'd rather rewatch season 8 of Game of Thrones. That was laughably bad. This... this just makes me want to beat Tinkers.

Incredible. I couldn't stop playing. Not at all what I expected and when it was over I was sad there wasn't more to discover.
