Way of conducting whole Q/A thing- The jury/judges/investors must have a polite way of turning down someone's offer or idea, as they have not yet invested in the ideas presented or hired that person. They should have EQ level at much greater level than the other people cause they are representing their companies, their ideology and what kind of work culture the companies they are running have. It might not be a big thing for them to turn down someone's offer but its really big thing for those who with all courage and hard-work are approaching them. Believe it or not people when reach that platform they know the worst case scenario. May be the idea the people present is not something they are looking for, but its ok to encourage and respect the hard work. Providing feedback is also one of the way to help and motivate people, if its done in a positive way. Being rude and raw with the comments and Q/A doesn't show that how real it is.
