I don't understand the negativity around this film. It's funny, entertaining, great effects. The acting is good. So what if it's not that true to the source material. I guarantee most of the people that bring that up haven't read it. Reviewers nowadays just want to shoot everything down that isn't some high concept nonsensical art piece. Some films are just made to be fun. This film was fun, heartwarming and colourful. Ignore the reviewers.

Just finished season one. I love the premise, love the action when it actually happens but there is SOOO much talking. I get it.. it's "character development" but does each episode have to have 35 minutes of people talking about how they feel? I don't think I've even seen a monster for 3 episodes towards the end. Some of the characters are so frustrating. I dunno, I guess alot of it feels like filler. If you're having to use so much filler in 10 45 minute episodes then something has gone wrong. So far it's not a deal breaker. I'm gonna ride out the other seasons and hope the main cast thins out enough that im not listening to 30 mins of conversation per episode.
