This kdrama is just mind-blowing 🤯 A big shout out to the writers and the entire team for being consistent throughout and not producing another clichéd drama 👏👏 Ok so...I loved Heo Joon Jae's style from ep1 itself! He has such an amazing vibe and omy his acting skills are everything! I've come to the conclusion that dramas casting LMH are made on a super high budget 🤣 I mean just look at the locations, outfits, cast! So many cameos! Like woahh so many familiar faces! At first I thought this drama would lose its consistency since the couple's romance had already reached the next level by the end of ep2... BUT I was super wrongg and I couldn't be happier about it... loved how LMH cared for Cheong from the very start and omg she looked soo pretty in her mermaid outfit! 🧜‍♀️ At first she looked really childish to me but brooo when she spoke I was shooketh...she has such a mature and calming voice! Her outfits were sometimes super cool and sometimes ehm😂 I'd rather not say haha...Also, I was super impressed by her powers (secretly wishing I had them hehehe) I really loved the way the underwater scenes were shot!😍 and even the clip that they showed at the beginning of every ep- the one in which LMH is sitting on the shore and one can faintly see the mermaid swimming in the sea... so pleasing to my eyes!🤩 Also, the Spain scenes were soo beautiful! And yes, loved the little flashbacks (of the past) they showed at the beginning of every episode. Can somebody appreciate S.Dong-il (Ma Dae Young) for his acting skills? I ended up hating him so muchh. Seo-hee was such a horrible woman 🤮and her son changed his colours real quick (he looked like the younger version of Park SeoJoon to me) The other characters too got some generous amount of screen time I must say...Si-ah, Tae-oh (I'll never forget his adorable pout) , Nam doo- this guy was so confusing but ehm ok (I would've hated on him had he to stab my LMH), stepbrother, Joonjae's mom and mermaid's 2 best friends (adorable) Every episode has some new element and the consistency is just apt! It wasn't just focused on the romance but it had bromance, sweet reunions, step-family drama, business, history, detectives etc. (Moreover it had LMN in it😉hehehe) IF YOU'RE A KDRAMA FAN AND HAVEN'T WATCHED THIS LEGENDARY DRAMA THEN SHAME ON YOU 🤥 It's a GEM! 💎 or should I say A PINK PEARL?! 😛
