Happily stumbled upon this short series with a really unique storyline, interesting characters, exciting scenes. The Li/Yeoh/Chien dynamic is genuine and Chien is magnificent to look at as well as charming. Type of series you will binge and then be disappointed it's done

Unfortunately it felt like a poor attempt of The Notebook. The whole "past" storyline highlighting Alwyn/Jones/Turner felt like watching High School Students trying to dress & act like grown up. Just miscasting and poor acting. The "present" with Ellie was much more interesting,believeable,and Archieve's Rory was the shining standout.
