Dr Phil episode which included Candace Owen presenting her opinion on why Republicans are not the racist that they appear to be, was very poorly produced. The show allowed Ms Owen the opportunity to state her view and misrepresentation. Also the Comedian that felt he was discriminated against. Saw discrimination in the entertainment industry as something new however it was not pointed out that how people of color have always been and continue to be discriminated against in that industry. Also it has to be very rare for a person of color to get a job and question whether they got that job based on their qualifications. People of color are normal over qualified for the position they were hired for as compared to their white counterparts.
