I couldn’t get past episode 1. The writing is horrible. I don’t know if it was the actors playing Sorsha’s kids or the writing, but can someone please explain the valley girl California dialogue. Maybe it’s the fact that my parents raised me watching movies like Willow, The Goonies, The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles and The Warriors…. I’m just too disappointed. If you haven’t watched it, then don’t. Keep the original movie in your mind because it was too perfect.
