Imo, the book is catered towards those who have accepted their sexual trauma, and can speak and realize their r word itself. And talk about the rxpe of what’s happened. I feel like the book isn't catered towards girls etc, who cannot accept themselves in the i have been r worded phase, or simply have said the word, (if that makes sense) The book feels very old modern and should be for an older demo graphic, im 20 and this feels like im just reading a 90s book lmao, it honestly does alot by the fact it wants to act in its own way, seeing this is not really a therapy guide to healing (because its not) i really wouldnt suggest this book because this book has WAY WAY WAY to many graphic tones, and too many violent scenes written to talk about that is very triggering, especially for me, if you do pls be careful by the amount of things you contain, it is very advised sincerly a 20 year old. 😭
