A really great sh'mup, it spices up the formula by instead of going left to right you're exploring the levels to rescue hostages. Although the controls might take some time getting used to though.

Definitely the best of his arcade games. The fusing ghost gimmick was really cool, co-op was great and the MUSIC! Definitely adds to why the '90s is my favorite decade for gaming.

Mega Man & Bass is definitely not beginner friendly, but it honestly gets better with each playthrough if. Especially if you notice certain things about boss patterns, but I do admit e-tanks would've been nice, and some parts could be balanced better. But if you ask me, it's become the best entry period for it's levels, weapons, upgrades and 2 playable characters.
How I'd rank the classic series.
