Sadly, if you were hoping for a faithful recreation of the excellent Karin Slaughter books you will be woefully disappointed. None of the key characters bear any resemblance to the book characters, particularly Will Trent who is supposed to be tall, angular and White American. Angie was always a lot crueller and very absent from Wills life except when it suited her. And, where is Sara Linton?!! The storylines just about hold up but nowhere as absorbing as the book storylines. Surprised it was even allowed to be called Will Trent under the trades description act!
