I don't know how this film made 53 mill. I thought it was terrible. Just glad I didn't go to the movies to see it. Got the video from the library. Watched up until the love scene which looked nasty and revolting. I found his witt just plain stupid. Logan was right he was much better with his mouth sewed up. I have seen all the x-men. I thought the last stand was the weakest, especially that moving the bridge scene ...really..come on a whole bridge. But after seeing dead pool, to me its the worse by far and down a few notches after last place. Now days of future past had that stadium scene. A whole stadium .....please. But DOFP had good scenes that made up for that. J Lawrence was Superb in all her scenes. From the barracks to playing the vietnamese general for a fool. But deadpool for me is the absolute worse x-men. This movie i could only watch about a quarter of the film. Sorry to the people who enjoyed this movie because for me it was just plain unwatchable.

Ang Lee's version way better and more interesting. Examples, hulk dog fight c'mon what tops that. Ross top notch Sam Eliot. Beating helicopters, catching missiles. Beating up Talbot and growing 15 feet. Banging on floor turning into the hulk. Weak parts: Banners younger father scenes. The two in the chair and it's not clear what happens to his father. Norton's hulk: It looked like the abomination was stronger and was going to win.

The movie was great especially if you overlook solo. Vos, Beckett, and Lando are all superb choices. The weakest character is the star, an that is why the film did not do as well as it shoud have. He lacked the confidence and maybe the arrogance needed for that role. Look at thor 1 spider man with Toby, hugh Jackman there is no doubt in their movies. New solo better movie definitely a casting error. He does not present himself as the star. Becket seems like he's the star, and by the way he should not have been killed of. That's worse then Quigon jin be killed off in attack of the clones. 7/13/19
