I love this film! Brilliantly cast. This is the first film of Dakota's I've watched despite her popularity from her other films. Madame Web follows the story of Cassandra "Cassie" Webb, an NYC paramedic who begins seeing the future after a near-death experience. With her new-found abilities, she defends the lives of three girls who are being pursued by a deadly assailant. Once connected, the bond between the four becomes unbreakable. I find the interactions between the main characters to be quite charming, especially towards the end. I like Marvel, but I do find the action scenes to be very flashy so I wasn't suprised that this film was not produced by Disney/Marvel Studios. It has the perfect amount of suspense, comedy, and action. Don't trust biased reviews, watch it for yourselves, then comeback and watch it again. Looking forward to part 2.
