The series declare that it is based on true events . That is fine but I being a Railwayman for life and have seen the incidence with very closed quarters , few facts could have been brought in much better manner! At the time of incidence , I was posted as Assitant Engineer at Bina (then in Jhansi division in Central Railway) and after the incidence , reached Bhopal on 3rd Dec Morning and stayed there for 20days for emergency operations. The story line could have been much better. In fact IR lost among many railwaymen, including the Station Manager of Bhopal. In dramatisation of story , few wrong facts have also crept in. The producers might have done a better study on the storey line. But being an old incidence (rather catastrophe), the series has done reasonably decent job. M K Gupta Retired Railway Board Member
