Very intense presentation of dementia and its progression. Why is there not arrangement for medically assisted death once we, the elders, hit this level of angst and confusion. I do not want to go prematurely but I will if it is the only way to avoid this situation. Brilliantly acted and directed and so much compassion throughout. I had to take frequent breaks because I experienced losing my mind as I watched this and how terrifying this would be. We would not let our pets suffer like this. I envision the day when our society in Canada can clarify arranging for MAID as a pre-arrangement.
