Totally rigged. Ramsey isn't just mentoring, he's actively helping his team - putting their steaks in the pan, stirring their sauces for them - while the other judges just mentor their team members - as they should. And when it comes to judging, he is so biased and overbearing - a winning dish gets trumped because one on his team put their sauce in an onion cup. Creative yes but it wasn't the best dish.
