CONs: *Spoiler alert* - The film tries to give totally wrong message to the society by glorifying extra martial love affair. - The film justifies character defamation of female lead just because the male lead 'thought' that she had ego and pride for her profession. - The female lead is shown disrespecting her own profession and giving up on her art just for some kind of 'love' for a married man. - The male lead (Shastri) using disrespectful words for defaming the character of the female lead is justified under the pretext of love. - The film portrays that a male saviour is needed for a woman to teach her how to go ahead with her life and profession. Totally disgusting. - The male lead is shown taking his wife for granted and never considers her opinions or emotions. - The female lead is shown as weak and helpless in love in the second half of the film. She is been portrayed as someone who doesn't care about her associates, co-artists, mentor etc. - Connecting the plot with the story of love affair between Bajirao and Mastani was not at all required here.
