For original fans of Dexter.... New Blood was weak but a great idea because it set up a new storyline and took a step back to go forward. Resurrection, three episodes in, original characters make a welcome return. The Dark Passenger is back.

Quirky, probably love/hate. I liked the humour and self-deprecation. Some great cameos... I'll never look at Bryan Cranston the same way again 🙈

Boring. Melodramatic. Took itself far too seriously. I love lots of different types of film but this was thoroughly unlikeable and an utter waste of 3hrs+.

Stick with it. Took me a few episodes to get into it. There are lot of things going on but I've found myself checking for the new episode earlier every week. I thought the child in the early scene of the first episode was a flashback but it wasn't. That threw me. Very good acting from everyone, especially the two leads. A clearer timeline would probably help the viewer. I like it though, it's a new story.
