David Phipps

Absolutely no direction, terrible lines, horrible acting and Bruce barely even spoke or had any kind of impact considering he was supposedly a warmonger and specifically brought out of dishonorable discharge for his abilities. I have seen some bad movies in my life and was still able to find some redeeming qualities but I am stumped to find anything redeeming in this movie.
