I just began reading, actually listening, to the audiobook. The premise is intriguing, character depictions plausible and I’m hooked to complete the book. But in a side bar reference to the possible philosophical or religious histories of western thought, the Greeks were credited with algebra which I believe is incorrect. The Greeks did give us geometry; the Arabs gave us algebra. Editors take note. Perhaps only a minor detail but troublesome nonetheless. It’s too early for a full rating but the beginning is most promising for good entertainment.
