Incompetent and unethical company that doesn't know what they are doing. Seems they decided to completely abandon any semblance of maintaining this game in working order but continue taking advantage of gullible and illiterate people on the internet to keep paying them for premium features of the game. I am pretty sure that this company is violating numerous consumer fraud laws. They are based out of germany so im not sure how it works over there, but if this was a US based company they would have likely been sued for this by now. Make no mistake, whoever is in charge of BigPoint is a genuinely greedy and evil person who literally won't invest a penny back into the game. Not even one.
