Elspeth Herring

Liane is my favourite author. I bought this book to read on a well needed rest. I wish I could reclaim the time I spent reading this book and put it back to being in my garden. The concept is brilliant. Way too many characters, and sub stories, that were often not relevant. I kept thinking, now I am sure it's about to get juicy. I would get a hint of it, but it never happened. It is a very disappointing novel to read. Hard to believe it came from this author.
