Had my move today. All My Sons were my Movers. Three men showed up. Started out okay. But ended not so well. Had one of the three men complain about going up and down the stairs. Said it was unsafe after he had taken up 4 to 5 items. Of which one item he took up by himself. And attempted to take a second item by himself. When I his employer advise him not to do it by himself and to let another man help him. I asked the other men with him if they felt the same way about going up and down the stairwell. They said it would be okay with them to take stuff up and down the stairwell. They'd already taken up five or six items. Two or three more items will not be a big deal. Spoke with one of the supervisors Steven. He advised me not to talk to Corin that way. I advised him of the situation. That the only person with a problem going up and down the stairs was one person. The other two were okay with it. Not satisfied with Stevens response. I spoke with his supervisor, Mark. He apologize for the Stevens Behavior and Corin Behavior. And that he would take measures to see that it doesn't happen in the future to other customers. I hired All My Sons with the understanding that they would be moving furniture from a two-story into a two-story. The accepted the job. All My Sons sent three people to do the job of which one person complain about going up and down the stairs. Of which one of his supervisors approve of this individual's Behavior. When I hire a company to do a job I expected to be fulfilled without complaint. Otherwise don't do the job.
