I love you Norman Reedus I love you walking simulator I love you wacky worldbuilding. It's not everyone's cup of tea but I feel like this game is so sincere in it's thesis that I have to love it. Extremely pleased to see supernatural elements woven so well into the game's world and mechanics. I also find the gameplay extremely unique and I have spent probably too much time challenging myself in package delivery.

I watched the whole show, finished today, and much like everyone else leaving reviews I am sick to bastard death of Carrie. At a certain point she stopped throwing tantrums but she never grew up. No matter how I felt about the other 3 they at least had satisfying ends to their stories. Carrie just keeps repeating the same garbage she always does and I HAAAAAAAAATE Big his character had NOTHING to offer. Every time he makes an appearance it's like, this shit again? Also all her outfits are so ugly in what world is she considered fashionable. It's not even y2k fashion it's just a mess. Also I found it creepy he always called her "kid". I hear there is an extremely disatisfying reboot where they have drama which is entirely unsurprising. I hope he has a heart attack and dies so she can move on. Girl friendship and Samantha are my favorite parts.

The plot and gameplay are boring don't waste your money.

Playing on Switch, the controls are just awful. It's incredibly difficult to outright impossible to select the things you want. Stardew Valley has an option for you to select things on specific squares when you use the right thumbstick, this REALLY needs something like that. The whole game feels like one of those Facebook games like Farmville I played when I was like 10 (in a bad way). None of the quest objects you have to collect are distinguished from the cluttered backgrounds. There really needs to be separate buttons for selecting items vs talking/entering the tent. Having to open my backpack to switch between frequently used tools rather than pressing bumpers is frustrating as well. You also can't open the backpack or quest log if you're moving AT ALL. You have to come to a complete stop BEFORE pressing it, rather than taking your thumb off the stick as you press it. The items are set to drift into you to go in your pocket but just give up if you walk away too fast. Extremely laggy at times in spite of playing on console and how simple the graphics are. This feels like a very poorly made port that had no thought put into console design. Also the haircut options are sad. Clunky gameplay overall don't waste your money. Also only like 45 minutes of actual gameplay a day if you don't count the time wasted looking for quest items that are blended into the trunk of one of the 300 trees. And it has the gall to ask me to buy dlc??? Nearly everything that bothers me are fixable quality of life issues so it just feels like the developing team didn't care.

Genuinely not fun. Don't waste your time. I've tried to get into it twice now and it has bored me to death both times. Tracking is a joke. The interface is a mess. The fighting is clunky. It's not even a hard game, every battle is just a time waster. Everything I try to read online says "oh it gets good after the first 6 hours, it gets good after you finish the story, it's fun with friends" why should you have to wait til end game to have fun! Why should I pay extra money for an online subscription to have fun! Any game is fun with your friends, so it's a useless point to make either way. Play literally anything else.
