I would have rated this 4.5/5 if that was an option. Two episodes in and I think it’s really good so far — it has me looking forward to what comes next. But, as others have mentioned, there’s some definite room for improvement, which I’ll focus on here. Ewan McGregor is awesome as always and (almost) completely makes up for the lack, but there’s some really awkward & unrealistic scenes that could have been avoided. [SPOILERS] - For example, the saloon fight scene in episode 1 was unnecessarily awkward for some reason. And then you have Leia running through the forest, easily escaping her kidnappers for a solid 10 minutes, as they weirdly bonk into branches and slip down muddy slopes like clumsy morons (which maybe they are, but still). The Third Sister isn’t cast well in my opinion — her acting is poor and it kind of puts a damper on the show because she’s one of the main villains. I actually thought that about all of the inquisitors but you don’t see them as much, A lot of other people are saying that Leia’s acting isn’t great, but I’d say it’s pretty decent considering her age. All in all, i think it’s good and worth watching. I loved the first two seasons of The Mandalorian, and I’d say it’s pretty much on par with that (again, so far…) UPDATE edited to 4/5 stars (probably more like 3.5) after watching the full series. Was good but The Mandalorian is better 👍🏻
