1/15/2022 UPDATED (initial review at bottom) Larian Studios has stripped any notion of Dungeons and Dragons from the game. They spent all their time and money on story and cutscenes. You'll likely not be able to roll a character you want. I have no idea what these people were thinking. D&D is about roleplaying YOUR character not someone else's. I had hoped to see progress when I logged back on, but it's totally nonexistent. I see no effort made towards the Dungeons and Dragons experience. Larian Studios took me for a trip. I'll never put another dime in their hands. =============================================== 5/3/21 Don't do it. It ain't ready, and it ain't even close. I'm not convinced that these folks even play D&D. Most of the ability checks don't work or don't even select the proper character. I'm not sure what they were doing here. You'll use save scum so much that 70-80% of your playthrough is starring at a loading screen. Aside from that the visuals are nice, but who the hell wants a turn-based for visuals? No one. I haven't uninstalled it yet, but every time I try to play it I get the urge to simply do something else.
