Painfully rigged to keep their favourite personalities on the show rather than the people with the most talent. The judges also have 0 skills in baking or cake decorating, and are chosen to stand and scream in a frenzy rather than choose what is, quite frankly, obviously the cake in some situations. Yes the artists are talented, but some of them are clearly not right, yet they "can't find the cake". **SPOILERS** They choose Andrew's wonky, haphazardly slapped together solo cups (see wonky non connecting lines and poor texture) over Nina's painstakingly hand painted ultra realistic chips? They obviously prefer him as a character personality because his talent is evidently sorely lacking and they have no other reason to choose him. I would not reccomend this to anyone who is interested in a display of talent and fair competition.
