A unique book offering unfiltered access to Musk, his family and employees. He did not request to see the book before publication. This is not a book where you learn about a management style and then look to repeat it. He is one of a kind and many of his personal attributes are inexcusable. However he has been undeniably hugely successful. He motivates truly committed employees to perform and achieve extraordinary things. The last section on AI is fascinating though incomplete. There will be much more on this in the next decade. As for humans going to Mars, it will take longer.
