I’ll be honest… I didn’t expect to enjoy this movie so much. It’s not really something I would usually gravitate toward… But I must say I absolutely loved it! The casting, acting, writing, directing… All outstanding. It’s a familiar story, but so well done that it takes on some really great dimensions. The Latino twist just puts the icing on the cake. 🥰 This one’s going to be a classic.

Effective storytelling takes you into a world that you would not have otherwise entered. Experiencing this film gives you a sense of every aspect of Howard’s desperately frantic world… The sounds, the sights, the emotions; even the tastes and the smells. These effects do not leave you when the film is over. Absolutely outstanding writing, direction, editing, and acting.
