The follow up to mad max Fury Road is a prequel to feature who is furiosa. She gets an origin story. The movie is top notch. Anya Taylor -Joy is perfect for the role and Chris Hemsworth is a vile SOB. He is ruthless yet comedic and heinous. Surely it was filling in some big shoes as Fury Road was a great film but this one is just as exciting. Great story.

Parody- n. an imitation of the style of a particular writer, artist, or genre with deliberate exaggeration for comic effect. This movie is a parody-forged by food Giants to out due each other in a race to create breakfast supremacy. Nostalgia galore, the throw back refrences to all the fun stuff of the era was spot on. Checked all the boxes for a family movie night. Found the film to be refreshing and wholesome.

Such a beautifully pieced together film about the struggles of War. Follows many perspectives from WW1 as told by British soldiers, Peter Jackson touches on the events that shaped men during War with so many casualties. Bravery and growth are what I take from this as many servicemen were Still teens. Such a surreal experience compared to how peaceful our lives are today. War is truly young men dying and old men getting rich. The events of WW1 often go without recognition because they happened so long ago yet it is such trying time because of the lack of technology. The war was fought the same conceptionally however, the means were so different. Daily struggles and questions about why they fight are such a difficult part of the events. God bless. Great work.

As usual the critical press is trying to take the fun out of everything. Go see the movie. It's an easy ride through the days of Mario old and new. Fun movie for the whole family. No alternative agendas. No hidden valley of subconscious thought provocation. It's a wholesome trip down the road of Mario and all the nostalgia built up by Nintendo. Beautiful imagery!
