I enjoyed the different types of foods that were documented in this show. The downside is the self victimization of this guy.. saying that certain foods are not a big deal or allowed to stay authentic in America because of racism is ridiculous. This guy owns numerous restaurants, has a tv show and still claims racism, is just ridiculous to me. I too am an immigrant, but i came here illegally. I damn well do not own numerous businesses but I do not claim racism for that being the case. Asian Americans are some of the most successful people in the United States. Dave.. I dont get it.. There are tons of "American" dishes across the world that have been locally changed to fit what the local culture enjoys in flavors but are those cultures considered racist? But here in the U.S. if white people do not like certain flavors or foods from other countries and cannot accept the authenticity of them, then they are racists? I tried watching it but this woke, liberal mindset is what's taking this country back hundreds of years. It must be difficult sitting in front of the camera, blinded by your entitlement that you've had your whole life. I guess it's true what they say about the most entitled people feel they have to be social justice warriors. I believe you are projecting your internal racist.
