I am a loyal customer. I bought Rocksmith+ under the belief that I would pay a subscription to have access to a library of great music like the hundreds of songs I have purchased for RB, Rb2014, and RB2014 remastered. I have purchased every version and a few on multiple platforms. To my dismay RB+ has none of the desirable titles I love. I asked support to reduce my one year subscription down to one month and they actively decline my request starting a no refund policy. This is crazy.
