A white man's obsession with exotic east. Just because it has colourblind casting doesn't make it a great film. Haven't seen the theater obviously. But the movie is is just too much.

How to ruin wonderful Japanese animation and voice casting? Bring all the villains to one timeline and force a lame story into it, then throw in Dragon Ball Z hairstyles, borrow characteristics of classic anime tropes, then season it with Transformers styled action and machines and kick out whatever logic is left behind! I have to believe Bane is a brainless Somo fighter lacky of Joker! Gorilla Grodd wants to build a nation of monkeys, Deathstroke and Two-Face are so dumb that they got played by Gorilla Grodd. And all Poison Ivy and Penguin did were fighting a castle robot gladiator war! Red Hood kept his face hidden under a basket mask! Robin had a spiky bald-topknot hairstyle! No... No... No...... There is a bat-clan training in a hidden bat village in preparation for a Bat mask wearing foreigner who will save Japan as oracled in Ancient times. And then how can Batman actually ever believe Joker and Harley lost their memories and became farmers! Why can't he kill Joker for once and all? Okay if he can't kill him, cut off his limbs, arms, tongue and freeze his brain. One death for greater good Batman.... Such beautiful animation, art styles, lovely detailing, amazing music all went to waste..... DC girl is disappointed.
