I came in blindly to this movie, and wow. The plot was really interesting and it was executed perfectly.
My partner and I are avid horror fans and have seen almost every horror movie there is to offer.
Knock at the cabin is now one of our favorites next to Pans Labyrinth. I hope it becomes a classic. I would say it's more of a SUSPENSE film more than horror, and unlike today's horror Knock at the Cabin leaves the gore to the imagination. The real horror is the idea of being in that position and the chaos and result of the world.
It's overall a good movie and brings out all types of emotions.
