As a big fan of the books, I find this very a disheartening adaptation. It does not follow the books even a but, the story has completely changed and made a farce of everything the books are. There are quite a few characters missing, and the ones that are included follow completely different journeys compared to the source material. This is not the same story at all and I don't think Robert Jordan would not be very impressed with what has been done to his great work. One of the best fantasy writers R.I.P.
