This movie was AWESOME. I am 21 years old and I went to this movie with my parents; we were expecting to unwind by going to see a feel good kids movie. We were thoroughly entertained by the intricate plot line and character arcs. This movie was definitely more dark than the average kids movie, however, it had a happy ending while reinforcing important themes. I think it’s great that kids movies are starting to normalize that it’s okay to ask for help and rely on friends when needed. I would say that this movie has something for everyone, regardless of how old or young you are :)
