I understand why many people have disapproved the movie. It jumps from one pot of fire to other, touching controversial topics of religion, caste and gender discrimination. Only mature audience can handle this script. If you think that this movie is made out of agenda, you may be right but at the same time, the film makers have tackled that with sensible dialogues guiding to character building. “To make a great film you need three things – the script, the script and the script.” – Alfred Hitchcock Script is the king and all the caste have served well for the script, which successfully related to audience with emotion. Kudos to the director Nilesh, producer of the movie, music director Thaman for his soothing music and to the entire team. Really missed the theatrical experience! Our Kattapa Sathyaraj, lady superstar Nayanthara and graceful acting of Achyuth Kumar have made cinematic magic in showing paternal bond (father-child) moments to its zenith. Just see the movie in the sake of film making and you will love it.

Indian flavoured Forrest Gump I have nothing but love for this movie. Kudos to the team and Iam sad to hear that its a flop. It deserves a box office at the least due to the cast, script and direction. Its so underrated 😢

Stellar caste, directorial brilliance, fresh music and have an emotional storyline have made this movie an unique experience. One of the most underrated movie that unfortunately became a flop like Guppy. This movie deserved much better.

Dhamaka has successfully painted the sad side of journalism with the narration in extreme and established how journalism can be dangerous if it is not grounded on ethics. Kudos to the whole team. What a movie!
