I have NEVER given any movie 5 stars until now. When this movie ended I said "Wow!" It is so rare to find a fresh idea in entertainment but this has it, keeps you engrossed from beginning to end. A lot of action, great script, great acting and directing. I highly recommend this movie.

Action packed, visually stunning, excellent acting, great special effects. I really got immersed in these movies. I can't wait for part 3.

Don't. Just don't. Total waste of time. Nothing worthwhile or redeeming to mention. There a trillion better things to do with 2 hours of your life, including slamming your head against a wall.

60% of the action in the movie takes place in settings to dark to see what is going on, makes filming easier when viewers can't see anything. An apocalypse occurred that is never defined. Creatures are attacking people with no explanation where they came from. Character development non-existent except for one main character who is so self centered and irresponsible you despise him when he is supposed to be someone you are supposed to want to survive. A main character is killed with no fanfare and those who are supposed to love him don't seem to care much. This movie left me annoyed more than anything. Total load of crap. I haven't been inclined to write a movie review in years, but this one demanded it.
