I actually like this movie. I don't understand why the rating is not as good as I expected. But who cares? Some may think the plot is unrealistic but for what it's worth, it sends a message to women that you can fight back. You may not have a rich father or the right timing like the character in this movie but what movies are that realistic anyway? Take it with a grain of salt like you do with any other movies, but the message is still clear: don't be afraid to fight back, don't tolerate abusers, and learn self-defense (which I still have to do btw).
