Looked pretty but misogynistic, superficial, complicated and unbelievable Save yr time and money

Excellent - fascinating, moving, gripping, important, deftly directed and edited. A testament and tribute to the few survivors who lived through the nightmare of the holocaust. Even more moving if you've seen "The Zone of Interest".

Pacy, fun and interesting with high production values, this film is well worth seeing. The 2 hrs 15 mins flew by and its pace, acting, sometimes tongue-in-cheek characterisation, soundtrack, humour and plot-line made it genuinely minute by minute enjoyable. It's surprisingly touching too, with a just-about believable romance and both leads' backstories. Contemporary 60's music and snatches of real TV footage made it a great period-piece too. (I was around at the time so can vouch for its veracity there!) Scarlett Johansson carries it, in the main. Def recommended.

Pitch perfect, in my view. Touching, authentic, funny, at times violent, beautifully acted and directed and with a great soundtrack, "Bikeriders" tells the tale of flawed characters coping with old loyalties and new threats in small-town America 50 years ago. The slowly-developing narrative - played out against Mid-Western ordinariness - convincingly depicts individuals confronting decisions and events big and small at a particular moment in time. Loyalty and competition between different biking "cells", love and revenge loom large as place, people and events are caught between old times and new. Motorbikes feature a lot. In a good way.

From the long-held opening shot to the touching but unsentimental ending, this gently funny, visually beautiful, thoughtful, unpretentious, involving and tender film is a gem. Not to be missed.

Excellent! Funny, honest and unusual. Allowing for the fact that all these events are set on one day, thus stretching credulity a BIT (but then who wants to watch boring people just ordering and eating?) it's realistic, gripping and (I'm informed by my local restaurant owner) very, very accurate. Stephen Graham is great n the supporting cast convincing. The format - genuinely one long take, I understand - gives it pace and interest.

Heart-wrenching story of kidnapped Iraqi Yazidi women - currently held in one of the sprawling Syrian refugee camps - and the attempt by brave, committed individuals determined to rescue as many as they can, of the estimated 2,000, from the clutches of ISIL. The hell-within-a-hell tale of abducted young women and girls (one of the victims, taken as a sex slave five years ago, is a mere seven years old) is eye-opening, tense, upsetting, sad, informative and a disgrace. This shocking yet ultimately heart-warming documentary both shames the human race - the cruelty - and fills you with wonder - the bravery of the men and women dedicated to freeing the captives. A must-see. .

Clunky, heavy-handed, cliched, terrible script. Don't waste yr time or your money. Laughably awful.

Excellent! Don't miss this superb film

Loved everything about this film. Unusual, funny, touching, engaging and thought-provoking (but never pretentious or heavy-handed), with convincing performances. I've given it 4 rather than 5 stars as its a "small", intimate film. But enormously enjoyable and accomplished. Thoroughly recommended.
