Horrible customer service
Never again will I travel on the grayhound worst decision . First bus was late 1hour and 23min , making me miss my transfer bus and had to wait for a 7 hour delay to be there at 6 Pm . Couldn't cancel the trip out 100 dollars now .
Lucky I got an Amtrak via Sacramento . So I won't be late for my 4:30 meeting.
