In a day and age where overly-dramatic cliché-fest war films "based on true events" are churned out left, right and center, Mosul is a breath of fresh air. An epic piece of storytelling fittingly carried by gripping acting performances from a bunch of unfamiliar faces (to me at least). Definitely a must watch!
