You People is by far one of the best movies I have seen recently. It shows a real perspective of mixed relationships in today’s day and age. Sure yes some parts were brutal to watch but this movie showed how the conversations they had could directly reflect in real life. Instead of being some unfathomable situation where you could somehow relate it to your real own life it showed the struggles of two different backgrounded people and their family’s trying to cope with their kids loving each other by trying too hard or just not trying at all. Later in the movie you’ll see how they became aware but that’s the part to listen to because you don’t want to go through everything both sides had to go through! All in all the movie really showed to me how it is so easy to think you’re right but not fully think about the other person whom you’re arguing with’s point of view. Very socially aware and a teaching mechanism to not only young adults but their parents as well in this generation who claim to be “woke”. This movie should be put in a HOF. 10/10 would recommend!
