Waited for more than 1 hour to get a burnt pizza and burger After 30 min waiting asked the waitress why it was taking so long, she said it was busy and it would be extra 15 min, after 15 min I asked again and they said it would be extra 5 min, after 5 min food didn’t come but I didn’t want to bother anymore so I just waited- 10 min extra this (photo) came to my table, they didn’t even give me cutlery and I had to go to cash desk to ask for it . I told the waitress pizza and burger were burnt and she said that is the normal color, I tried it and it tasted very burnt, felt so angry that pay for this “food” - left the place without eating and went to get food somewhere else. The service was terrible, if food is delay just tell the customers it will take 30-40 min, instead of telling them every 10 min that it is coming. Also, when I complained with the manager, instead of getting someone to listen to my feedback, got someone who basically told me if you don’t like it just leave… nice service!
