Terrible. Even by Travolta standards. Whoever wrote this "boat racing" movie knows NOTHING about boats.. or racing.. or movies.. and evidently assumed the audience either wouldn't know or wouldn't care that the outboards used wouldn't be made until about 30 years after the time period the movie was set in. What finally got me to turn it off were the mountains in Miami. See, I'm from Miami, so I know we don't even have any hills here.. I guess the total lack of substance, acting, plot & character development were just exacerbated by the complete lack of historical accuracy and continuity.
