Space Elvis

I'm a pretty big Star Trek fan. If they were flying through space just looking at the view screen, I would be content. I just got around to trying discovery. I watched the first four seasons. And I have to say, I do not know what this garbage is. But it's not Star Trek. I wanted to stop halfway through season one, but if I start I have to finish. No matter how depressing. The captain is horrible. I don't think the writers know how to write for a Starfleet captain. Starfleet captains don't cry like little girls. Then they spend all season building a story up and then have a completely silly and boring climax. And it happens every season. 75% of the show is reaction shots of these goofy people grinning at each other. . this horrible mess is just too much. I dread when I have to watch season five, hopefully it'll end in a warp core breach.
