This movie is the movie. The pacing is fantastic, leaving you on the edge of your seat well through the climactic moments and through to the very end. This is anecdotal, but this film is what cultivated my love of science fiction and B-rated horror/thriller films- they don't make B-rated movies like Tremors anymore.
Now in 2024, looking back at films like Tremors reaffirms the idea that films are just cash grabs to creators. The people who created Tremors had an idea they really wanted to execute right, and it shows.
This is a fun movie to watch, and makes for a great monster marathon as there are plenty more Tremors films to fill an entire day.
