Overall, it was a good show with a fun mystery plot and several really good fight scenes. This show doesn’t do anything unique or genre-breaking, it’s characters are mostly quite simple, and there aren’t a lot of powerful thematic or character moments. That said, this show works because it’s exciting, and it knows how to be at the right moments. My favorite character will always be Fushimi for how exciting he made the buildup to his fight with Yata, because that’s what this show really has going for it. EXCITEMENT.
