I purchased tickets through Fandango on the way to the movie. I selected the “check out as guest” option. After purchase I received an email from Fandango requesting that I setup a VIP account. No tickets attached. I didn’t really have time to create an account before the movie started, but I did so anyway. No surprise, the tickets weren’t there as I had purchased them as a “guest”. So where are my tickets? I had to purchase them again at the cinema. I will never purchase online through Fandango again. The cinema told me they are seeing this a lot and are about to no longer accept Fandango because of all the issues they have. Do better…
