The story itself is good. I agree to some of the reviews here though. Po doesn't feel much like Po. I liked the idea and everything, the scenes and animations are good, they showed Po as a teacher but they didn't really highlighted him. It's fine tbh, it's just Po is powerful, and oogway said in the Part 3 movie that he is his true successor. I don't get why the kids don't give him enough respect especially after they learned kung fu. Everytime they make decisions on their own (that results in problems) or that specific moment where they thought about "not needing a teacher anymore" threw me off a bit. Like let's not forget how this guy created his own legends. He did not care about power at all, he was just nice. And he saved kung fu from dying by catching all the flaming canonballs with his bare paws, while having personal problems. He deserves more than the treatment than those kids gave him.
And also even if someone said it already, why is mr. ping so obsessed with noodle carts? why isn't he in the valley of peace? and the spirit realm is sacred. I don't think they're supposed to be there almost everytime.
And remember when Kai had Po's chi? He said it was too much? It confused me how Jindao handled it well, he could've struggled for a few hours or mins, idk. Or maybe they intentionally made Po weaker. It's good but it's disappointing how it didn't feel like something I would expect, considering how the triolgy introduced us to the characters, which includes the furious five btw. AND PO'S FULL NAME (given by the goose) IS "XIAO PO" basically he has the same name as the empress, no one noticed Lol
