I have no idea how this book has so many 5 star ratings. I thought the story was the intro to the book and it was going to end & go into why & how waking up at 5am (or an hour earlier to give yourself a morning routine) would benefit your life and help you become more focused & productive. Instead the odd unrealistic story just kept going. I was hoping the tone of the book would change. It is so cringe and falls flat. So glad I got the book from my public library so I didn't spend money on it. But I wauted 3 months for the book that ended up being uch a waste of time. Atomic Habits is a much better book that helps with consistency & productivity.
